Acceptable use

Use Tap Terminal for lawful purposes. Do not use the service to commit crimes, abuse backend infrastructure, or reverse-engineer proprietary binaries. Open-source components (Companion agent) are governed by their respective licenses (Apache 2.0).

Purchases and refunds

All In-App Purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy. We do not process payments directly.

Service availability

Tap Terminal is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime or availability of cloud features (pair mode, team sync, audit log). Enterprise customers may negotiate SLAs under separate agreement.

Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the software.

Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
